Estate Taxes on Death Unfair

Every taxpayer who files their income tax, has a unique situation. The tax laws are ever changing from year to year, some are beneficial to certain taxpayers, and some seem to be detrimental to other taxpayers, depending upon their individual situation.

Estate taxes are an example of taxes that are paid when the death of a loved one takes place. In the Bush administration, this tax was in existence, but when the Obama administration took over, the tax elimination will not be extended.

If you keep up with political issues and the changes that are taking place, you may or may not agree with changes in the laws for the death tax.
