Tips to Slowing Down the Anti Aging Process

Everybody wants to slow down the process of aging. People will spend thousands of dollars buying anti aging pills, anti aging treatments, special anti aging cosmetics, have face lifts, or whatever they can do to prevent their bodies from aging.  Let's face it, aging is something that we are all going to do. There are some personal choices that you can make on your own to help with the aging process. Dietary choices can have a profound effect on aging. If you want to help your body slow down from aging, you need to eat fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and legumes. Scientific evidence suggests that certain foods such as strawberries, blueberries, and spinach can help to protect cells against damage. Other foods that are noted for fighting  disease and promoting longevity include bananas, onions, carrots, bell peppers, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, garlic, papaya, and soybeans. A diet rich in fiber also helps to promote longevity.

Keep on the move. Exercise controls weight and lowers the risk of heart heart disease, and also protects against muscular and skeletal problems. Your bones need to support your weight to remain strong. Regular exercise helps to promote mental sharpness. Certain vitamins like A,C, and E, can actually retard the aging process. There are also herbs that are good for helping you to look and feel younger.
